Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional looking to connect technology and people by ensuring seamless system operations for diverse clients across various technology sectors. As an IT Support Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve the implementation and maintenance of software and servers, alongside the installation, replacement, and servicing of hardware. A key focus is providing technical and application-related support to users via phone, remote access, or on-site visits. You will be responsible for ensuring system availability, meticulously documenting, and resolving disruptions, while coordinating closely with 3rd Level Support, specialist departments, and service providers. The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT System Integration or a comparable qualification, possesses strong knowledge of Windows Client/Server environments and M365, and has initial experience in 1st and 2nd Level Support.
