As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for internal users, providing essential first and second-level support both on-site and remotely. Your day-to-day will involve installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, managing Windows clients, mobile devices, and peripherals, and administering user accounts and permissions within Active Directory. You will also play a key role in IT projects and rollouts, maintain IT documentation, and process tickets in the helpdesk system.
