This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support for a leading IT solutions provider experiencing significant growth. The successful candidate will be instrumental in a large-scale IT rollout, supporting approximately 2000 Windows 10 clients and Google applications across Germany. Day-to-day tasks include remote assistance for IT users, handling incidents and requests, documenting activities in a ticketing system, and managing software distribution. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic team, take on individual responsibilities, and contribute directly to new initiatives, with the added benefit of full remote work after an initial onboarding period.
