Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Engineer specializing in Automation and Commissioning, responsible for the entire lifecycle of energy, control, drive, and safety systems for industrial plants. Key responsibilities include developing technical concepts, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams for implementation, managing subcontractors, and supporting assembly teams. A major focus is the worldwide commissioning, testing, and validation of subsystems, which requires significant travel, sometimes for several weeks. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics and demonstrate a strong interest in automation, drive, and control systems. Essential technical skills include PLC programming, particularly Beckhoff TwinCAT 3, and a fundamental understanding of electrical schematics.
