Job Summary

This role offers an opportunity to join Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Mannheim through a temporary employment arrangement with a focus on permanent takeover. As a Laboratory Technician in Quality Control, you will be responsible for the independent execution of analyses for final release, in-process control, and incoming goods inspection of materials from both internal and external manufacturing. A core part of the daily work involves utilizing various analytical methods, specifically Photometry and HPLC/UPLC, while ensuring all documentation and archiving strictly adhere to GMP and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or equivalent, coupled with several years of experience in quality control analysis methods. Furthermore, active participation in continuous improvement processes (CIP) and Lean activities is expected, requiring a meticulous, self-reliant working style and proficiency in both German and basic English.
