Job Summary

This critical role serves as the Lead Innovation Expert within the Cyber Innovation Hub (CIHBw), driving the digital transformation of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). You will function as the Product Lead for the 'Innovation Project' product, overseeing all operational activities related to technical innovation projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical leadership and resource planning for civilian and military Innovation Managers, shaping the project portfolio, and ensuring effective stakeholder management both internally and externally, particularly with the Federal Ministry of Defence (BMVg). You will also be responsible for documentation, reporting, KPI maintenance, and representing the CIHBw to top external stakeholders. Success requires a Master’s degree, at least six years of experience in innovation management, and deep knowledge of methodologies like Design Thinking and OKRs.
