Job Summary
As a First Level IT Support Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for all IT-related issues and service requests, handling inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Your day-to-day will involve performing initial error analysis, resolving common IT problems, and escalating complex issues to the Second Level Support team. You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining IT workstations and peripheral devices, contributing to IT documentation, and assisting with smaller IT projects and rollouts. This role offers an entry into a dynamic IT environment within a traditional industrial company specializing in complex maritime systems, providing a stable, full-time position with opportunities for professional development and direct user interaction.
