Job Summary

This critical role involves the independent planning, coordination, and project leadership of construction and conversion projects within the Technical Building Equipment (TGA) sector, focusing specifically on Electrical, Energy, and Building Services Technology at the Bremen-Ost Clinic. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and tendering to contract awarding, site management, and coordinating external service providers. As the client representative, you will rigorously monitor time, cost, and quality parameters, ensuring strict adherence to all legal requirements, even during ongoing hospital operations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering (Energy and Building Services) and possesses professional experience in construction project management, ideally within a hospital setting.
