Job Summary

As an IT Specialist for the Education Academy, you will be a vital member of the Medical and Information Technology (MIT) division within one of Germany's largest municipal hospital groups. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the stable operation of IT services for the internal academy, providing direct onsite support and guidance to users facing technical issues. You will manage service requests through a ticketing system, troubleshoot hardware and software, and actively participate in projects aimed at optimizing IT processes.
