Job Summary

This Application Engineer role involves providing crucial technical support for the production and packaging lines of a natural cosmetics manufacturer. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing the feasibility of new packaging materials and solutions, creating and maintaining master lists for quick line compatibility checks, and executing thorough production tests complete with detailed technical documentation. You will manage format parts, initiate necessary adjustments, and serve as a vital communication interface between the TTM Coordinator and the Production team. A key aspect of the role is analyzing existing plant processes to implement optimizations and lending your technical expertise to investment projects from the initial construction and planning phases. The ideal candidate is an Electrical Engineering Technician or equivalent with multi-year experience, preferably gained in production operations, who demonstrates self-reliance, high quality standards, and a solution-oriented approach.
