Job Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the internal SAP team at a leading natural cosmetics manufacturer. You will be responsible for developing and customizing the SAP system landscape, focusing on ABAP programming, interface development, and S/4HANA transformation. A unique aspect of this position is the 'SAP Coding Factory' approach, where you will actively use AI-supported development tools to write, test, and optimize code. Beyond standard SAP modules, you will work on system-wide integrations including BI, MES, and middleware solutions. You will collaborate closely with functional departments to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring stable system operations and providing 2nd-level support. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy thinking in complex system landscapes rather than module silos and are eager to shape the future of digital processes in a dynamic, sustainable industry.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- 1-3 years of professional experience in the SAP environment, or entry-level with relevant practical experience (internships/thesis).
- Professional experience in ABAP and ABAP OO programming.
- Experience or strong interest in using AI tools for coding, automated reviews, or test generation.
- Experience in SAP module customizing and cross-system integration.
- Experience in business process analysis and technical optimization.
