Job Summary

This role involves serving as the key point of contact within the sales team, ensuring seamless customer service operations for a renowned energy supplier in Frankfurt am Main. The specialist acts as the vital interface with service providers responsible for the operation and administration of all Contact Center systems. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring the efficient handling of customer contacts, conducting independent market analyses on emerging technologies (such as AI and Bot solutions) to optimize customer contact processes, and analyzing existing systems to identify automation and digitalization potential. The ideal candidate holds a technical or commercial degree (or relevant vocational training with further qualifications), possesses deep knowledge of telecommunication systems, Contact Center technologies, and database systems, and has several years of experience in project work or project management. Strong communication skills and pronounced customer orientation are essential for success in this dynamic role.
