Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting independent scientific research, operationalizing project goals, analyzing cooperation structures, and optimizing teaching/learning materials. The candidate will execute qualitative and quantitative effectiveness studies (Pre-Post-Follow-Up) measuring variables like interest and evaluation competence. Success in this role requires an excellent university degree in Physics or Teaching with Physics as a major subject, combined with proven experience in developing and evaluating external learning opportunities.
