Job Summary

This role focuses on supporting and maintaining the stability of IT systems, with a specialized focus on E-Learning content production and platform management. The specialist will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of E-Learning videos, including creating storyboards, video editing, and post-production using tools like Camtasia and Simple Show. Key responsibilities also include the operational support, maintenance, and monitoring of the TTS Performance Suite, ensuring stable operation through planning and implementing updates and configuration changes. Furthermore, the role acts as the first point of contact for user inquiries (First-Level Support) and serves as a crucial interface between end-users and internal departments. Candidates should possess practical experience in application support, IT system support, and demonstrated proficiency in video production and instructional design, coupled with strong organizational and communication skills.
