Job Summary

This role involves driving the operational implementation of the AI strategy for one of Europe's largest bank IT service providers. The Business Analyst will be responsible for designing and developing guidelines, processes, and control mechanisms for the responsible deployment of AI, ensuring quality and compliance with regulatory requirements like the AI Act. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating and managing strategic AI projects, supporting implementation, and ensuring adherence to standards. The position requires close collaboration with project management, providing expert input, handling planning, status tracking, and ensuring transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders. Key requirements include a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration, and at least six years of professional experience, coupled with excellent knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Agentic AI concepts.
