Job Summary

This role involves leading the technical department of a 3-star superior hotel located in Oberhof, ensuring the seamless technical operation and maintenance of all areas, including 444 guest rooms, conference facilities, and public spaces. The Technical Director will be responsible for the planning and coordination of all repair, renovation, and maintenance projects throughout the hotel. Key requirements include a technical vocational qualification, prior knowledge of hotel technology, strong organizational and planning skills, and experience in leading a team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proficient with computer systems, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
