Job Summary

The Technical Director will be responsible for ensuring the smooth technical operation and maintenance of the 444-room AHORN Panorama Hotel in Oberhof, a renowned winter sports location. This leadership role involves hands-on technical work as well as strategic planning and organizational duties. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating and planning all repair, renovation, and maintenance work across hotel rooms, conference facilities, and public areas. The role also encompasses managing the technical department's scheduling and assignments, maintaining the exterior and green spaces, and performing winter services. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background, prior experience in hotel technology, strong organizational skills, and proven experience in leading a team.
