The IT Application Manager will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and support of the central JobRouter Workflow Management System. Key activities include collaborating with business departments to gather requirements, translating them into digital workflows, and ensuring implementation adheres to IT standards and architectural guidelines. The manager will autonomously lead small development projects within JobRouter, design interfaces between JobRouter and other enterprise applications, and provide technical guidance to student employees.
