Job Summary

This role is critical for enhancing the security and future viability of railway operational telecommunications within DB InfraGO AG. As a Senior Specialist, you will establish, operate, and continuously develop the 'First Line of Defense' for information security. Key responsibilities include actively shaping the information security strategy, analyzing and assessing security risks according to risk management guidelines, and developing comprehensive risk treatment measures. You will act as a technical expert, guiding the procurement of telecommunication platforms, ensuring regulatory compliance (including KRITIS context and § 8a BSI-Act), and professionally leading an interdisciplinary team to implement security measures. This position requires deep expertise in standards like ISO 27001 and IEC 62443, strong project management skills, and the ability to contribute to national and international committees, making it an influential role in shaping the future of European rail mobility.

Required Skills

Education

Master's or Diploma degree in Computer Science or equivalent, complemented by relevant professional experience in information security
