This role as a Time & Material Business Performance Analyst involves acting as a central point of contact for Front Office teams, providing essential guidance on business execution for both civil and military projects, clarifying service catalogs, and analyzing actual costs. A core responsibility is the proactive monitoring of T&M business activities to ensure early detection of deviations, coupled with identifying, evaluating, and proposing measures to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. The specialist will significantly contribute to commercial decisions and team performance by conducting detailed analyses and reports. Key qualifications include a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Business Informatics, combined with professional experience in Controlling, Finance, or Customer Service. Furthermore, candidates must possess experience in applying and coaching improvement methodologies such as Lean principles and the Right-First-Time approach. The position offers a future-oriented, permanent contract with flexible working hours and options for mobile work.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification. Qualified advanced training (e.g., Certified Specialist/Fachwirt) is also required.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Controlling, Finance, or Customer Service
  • Minimum three years of completed vocational training, ideally as an Industrial Clerk
