As a Travel Expense Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end processing of travel expense reports for a leading engineering and IT services consultancy. Your daily responsibilities include auditing and processing claims within HR Works, maintaining accurate accounting data in SAP, and ensuring strict compliance with both internal policies and statutory tax regulations. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers regarding reimbursement queries and support the accounting department with document verification and invoicing preparation. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Practical experience with digital document capture and archiving systems
  • Proven experience using SAP and HR Works for payroll or expense accounting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of statutory regulations regarding meal allowances, overnight stays, and international travel
