Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a dynamic team focused on digitizing HR processes within the SAP HCM environment. The role involves comprehensive consultation for clients, ranging from introducing individual SAP SuccessFactors modules (like Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding) to developing holistic Human Experience Management (HXM) strategies. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing existing HR processes, designing and implementing cloud solutions, independently leading workshops and training sessions (both remotely and on-site), and taking on (sub-)project leadership responsibilities while coordinating closely with developers. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT or Business Informatics, at least two years of professional experience consulting on SuccessFactors modules, and proven project management skills.
