Job Summary

This is an opportunity for an ambitious professional to join a six-month intensive trainee program designed to quickly develop certified SAP Consultants specializing in Process, Development, or Strategy consulting. The core focus of the role is the digitalization of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes within the SAP environment for clients primarily located in the DACH region. Successful candidates must hold a university degree in IT or Business Administration/Economics, possess strong analytical abilities, and demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills. While the program provides intensive training and official SAP certification, candidates should bring an interest in new technologies and ideally, initial exposure to object-oriented programming. This unique position offers a structured path to becoming a highly sought-after consultant, providing immediate coaching, assignment to a first customer project, and a permanent employment contract from day one.
