This role is for a dedicated 2nd Level IT Support Specialist responsible for administering and maintaining stable Windows and/or Linux environments. Day-to-day tasks involve the analysis, processing, and resolution of complex technical disruptions within the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and collaboration tools like Office365 and MS Teams. You will play a crucial role in troubleshooting, conducting root cause analysis, and developing sustainable solutions to ensure smooth operations. The position requires technical expertise in Windows/Linux server technologies, network protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP), and experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V). Key qualifications include very strong German language skills (C1 minimum) and a commitment to continuous professional development.
