Job Summary

This role is central to ensuring the stable, secure, and efficient delivery of IT services as the primary digitalization partner for the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). The Service Coordinator will manage the end-to-end process for on-site service requests, including receiving, reviewing, and dispatching fault reports, orders, and inquiries. Key daily tasks involve tool-supported operational control and support for service technicians, ensuring economically efficient scheduling, and strictly adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and escalation procedures. The position requires a background in IT systems, strong organizational skills, and fluent German proficiency to effectively communicate with customers, internal interfaces, external companies, and technicians. The successful candidate will contribute directly to the continuous improvement of the Bundeswehr's command and operational capability through challenging digitalization projects.
