Job Summary

This Senior Manager role focuses on ensuring the stability and future viability of high and medium-voltage power grids through specialized network protection expertise. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and implementing network protection parameters during grid modifications, conducting thorough network analyses, and evaluating the performance of existing protection systems following disturbances. A key aspect of the role is developing and delivering training concepts to disseminate specialized knowledge across the team. The manager will also contribute to the creation of technical documents for high and medium-voltage network protection tenders, support the development of modern protection concepts, and participate in concept and execution planning for substations and switching stations. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, significant experience in network planning or operation, and strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage technical standards and collaborate across corporate working groups.
