Job Summary

As an IT Systems Administrator, you will take responsibility for central infrastructure services within an Operational Technology (OT) environment. Your daily tasks involve managing virtualization, patch management, Identity and Access Management (IAM), disaster recovery, and data center networking. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a secure and reliable infrastructure for Syna GmbH's system management using state-of-the-art data center components. A significant part of the role involves contributing to digitalization projects and evolving high-availability OT landscapes according to strict KRITIS security standards. You will be tasked with migrating legacy systems into modern, cloud-ready architectures while maintaining clear documentation. Using modern ITSM tools and integration platforms, you will automate processes and develop interfaces for future-oriented operations. This position is unique for its focus on critical infrastructure (KRITIS) and the opportunity to bridge the gap between traditional industrial systems and modern cloud technologies in a high-security environment.
