Job Summary

This role, based in Hamburg, requires a proactive IT professional to jumpstart their career as a 1st and 2nd Level Supporter within the IT industry. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing comprehensive technical support via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams, managing user accounts and permissions across key systems like ServiceNow, Workday, and Microsoft Dynamics, and ensuring accurate documentation in the Omnitracker platform. The specialist will also handle hardware procurement, including analyzing needs, selecting, and ordering notebooks and printers, and coordinating their delivery. Furthermore, the position involves supporting smaller IT projects, such as Windows or printer rollouts, and maintaining master data. Ideal candidates possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT training, strong German and good English skills, and initial experience with mobile IT solutions and support processes, demonstrating strong team skills and service orientation.

Completed degree in Computer Science or comparable vocational training in IT.

Experience
