Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT technical support directly to a business client on-site in Frankfurt am Main. Key responsibilities include managing and qualifying IT disturbances reported via a ticketing system and phone, along with the installation and configuration of hardware across the client's campus. The technician will also support workplace relocations, new installations, and system migrations, while maintaining client software and hardware within defined system parameters.
