Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive IT financial management and software license administration for a leading international medical device manufacturer. The IT Controller/License Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT costs, including budget planning, regular reporting, forecasting, and deviation analysis to identify savings and optimization opportunities. A core function is the management and optimization of IT contracts and licenses, particularly for major vendors like SAP and Microsoft, and handling Cloud expenditures (FinOps) in collaboration with procurement. The position also supports IT projects through economic feasibility studies, cost management, and project controlling, alongside managing cost center accounting. Ideal candidates possess a degree in Business Administration or IT/Business Informatics and several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably with an IT/License Management focus. Strong analytical skills, proficiency with controlling tools (SAP, Power BI, Excel), and excellent German language skills are essential.
