Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Field Service Technician for a nationwide service provider, focusing on supporting network environments in the Langenfeld region. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation of new notebooks and PCs, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software errors, performing data recovery, and planning and executing hardware replacements. The technician will provide crucial Second Level On-Site Support for client and printing systems, actively participate in IT rollouts, and manage warranty case processes.
