Job Summary

This role is for an energetic and experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the IT Service Team in Neckarsulm. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services by managing escalation processes, continuously developing existing services across departments, and leading the team both technically and disciplinarily. Key daily activities include supporting the Enterprise Delivery Manager in client relationship management and contract matters, acting as the central interface for customers, leading client and project meetings, and rigorously ensuring all agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. The ideal candidate will possess a background in IT or a similar technical field, coupled with practical experience in managing Service Desks, handling ticketing systems, and navigating diverse operational situations. Experience with established service concepts and processes is crucial for success in this demanding, yet rewarding, environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed training in the IT field, a similar technical vocational training, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in Remote Support, Service Desk control, and using ticketing systems
  • Practical experience in diverse operational situations
  • Professional experience acting as an interface to customers and contractual partners
  • Experience with established service concepts and processes
  • Experience with contracts (Work, Service) and Service/Operating Manuals (Desirable)
