This role seeks an experienced IT Expert specializing in Service Management and compliance with ISO 20000 standards, working remotely for a company serving major German industrial clients (automotive, chemical, plastics). Day-to-day responsibilities involve independently managing and executing projects aimed at achieving critical certifications, such as ISO 20000 and C5. The expert will also perform tasks within the staff unit for Information Security, Data Protection, Quality, and Contract Management, providing essential support to the Information Security team across various certification standards including ISO 20000, ISO 27001, TISAX, ISAE, and C5. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background, significant professional experience in IT Service Management and Information Security, and proven practical experience in auditing and certification processes according to relevant ISO and industry standards.
