Job Summary

This role involves providing dedicated onsite IT support for client workstations and peripheral devices within an established industrial company located in Nünchritz. The core responsibilities include managing and resolving disruptions, performing essential software installations and assignments, and delivering 2nd Level Support for Windows clients, iOS devices, and printers. The technician will also assist with fundamental networking issues, specifically related to switching and patch distribution, and support telecommunication endpoints.
