Job Summary

Furthermore, the operator will be crucial in documenting operational processes, including the creation, qualification, classification, categorization, and prioritization of IT documentation. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or similar), foundational knowledge of IT operations, and familiarity with ITIL processes. Strong communication skills and very good English proficiency are essential for success in this international environment.
