As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will be crucial in supporting B2B clients through phone and email, ensuring their needs are met, and helping to refine departmental alignment. A core responsibility is handling customer onboarding and conducting engaging online product training sessions. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, is internet-savvy, and proficient in MS Office. While commercial or technical training is preferred, the position is explicitly open to career changers (Quereinsteiger) who are looking for a permanent contract in a modern, professional office environment.
