Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Frontend Developer dedicated to the continuous development and technical maintenance of the web-based banking platform (Internet Branch) for one of Europe's largest bank IT service providers. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features and enhancements across all user interfaces using core frontend technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and React), and managing interfaces to Java backend systems. The developer will take a lead role in maintenance and development projects across all phases, from conception and design to implementation and quality assurance. A critical part of the job involves spearheading the central frontend components library, setting development guidelines, and conducting rigorous code reviews to maintain high quality. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, at least six years of relevant professional experience, and expertise in agile methodologies like SCRUM. This position requires a proactive, analytical expert committed to improving performance, security, and user-friendliness while adhering to accessibility standards.
