Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed concepts and requirement specifications, conducting rigorous sensitivity analyses to identify interference variables, and defining precise requirements for critical components like light sources and detectors. The successful candidate will plan and execute measurement campaigns, analyze experimental data, and ensure the seamless integration of verified test benches into the production workflow, creating comprehensive operating and calibration instructions. Key qualifications include a university degree in Photonics or a related field, solid expertise in technical optics and optical device construction, and advanced proficiency in Python for sophisticated data analysis.
