Job Summary

This role, based in Dortmund within the energy sector, focuses on operational IT budget management and planning, initially contracted until the end of 2026 with potential for extension. The specialist will be crucial in supporting the IT budget lifecycle, including creating forecasts, mid-term planning, and managing financial transactions within SAP S/4, such as processing purchase requisitions, service entries, invoices, and controlling orders. A significant part of the job involves data analysis and visualization, specifically utilizing and defining Power BI dashboards and reports, including creating user stories and conducting tests. Furthermore, the role requires strong proficiency in MS Office 365, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentation creation (including CO-Pilot usage). The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling, or a background as an IT System Management Specialist, combined with practical knowledge of SAP S/4, SAC, and IT budget management methodologies.
