Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading and coordinating the audit function within the Economic Consulting department of a major welfare organization. The successful candidate will manage the entire audit process for non-profit organizations, particularly diaconal and social services, focusing on annual financial statements and accounting practices. Key responsibilities include organizing and planning audits, preparing and overseeing financial statement reviews, drafting audit reports, and providing expert consultation on accounting, bookkeeping, and controlling to clients. This position requires a strong background in financial auditing, excellent organizational skills, proficiency in relevant legal and tax regulations, and the ability to travel for field work, utilizing a personal vehicle.
Required Skills
Education
Completed scientific university degree (e.g., Economics, Business Administration, Commercial or Social Law)
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, or revision
- Professional experience in organizing and coordinating audit processes
- Experience in preparing and monitoring annual financial statement audits
Languages
Additional
- Must possess a Class B driving license and be willing to use a private vehicle for required fieldwork/external assignments.
