Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Senior Electrical Foreman dedicated to leading and executing complex electrical installation projects across various domains, including general electrical engineering, sustainable energy solutions, security and data technology, and building automation. Key responsibilities include actively participating in the technical assembly, coordinating and managing internal and external installation personnel, preparing work assignments (personnel deployment and material disposition), and translating execution plans and specifications into practical site work. The role requires rigorous commissioning, functional testing, measurement documentation according to Quality Management (QM) standards, and strict adherence to occupational safety and schedule compliance. Successful candidates must hold a recognized German electro-technical qualification, possess proven experience in leading site teams, and demonstrate excellent proficiency in German, coupled with the ability to confidently interpret technical plans and documentation.
