Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive, overall management and organization of large-scale electro-technical projects, from initial handover from sales/calculation through to structured project completion. The Project Manager will lead, coordinate, and direct project teams, site managers, master electricians, and subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to schedules, budgets, quality standards, and technical correctness. A critical part of the job is proactive risk management, including identifying potential cost increases, concerns, and risks, and implementing corrective measures early on. Key qualifications include a degree, master, or technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, coupled with substantial experience leading complex electrical projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering, familiarity with relevant standards (DIN VDE, VOB, DGUV), and expertise in project controlling, cost monitoring, and quality management.
