Job Summary
This critical role seeks a proactive IT Service Manager to act as a central interface and trusted advisor for strategic clients utilizing cloud services. The core mission is to ensure customers experience an excellent, reliable, and scalable cloud service by taking responsibility for stable, secure, and economical application operations, even during peak loads. Day-to-day responsibilities include the holistic support of strategic customers, developing customer-specific service and operating concepts, and translating complex requirements for internal teams. You will be accountable for service quality, rigorous SLA management, and the continuous optimization of services, including handling changes, incidents, and escalations across the entire service lifecycle. Success in this position requires deep technical understanding of cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and strong communication skills to manage both technical stakeholders and contractual agreements, making a decisive contribution to the client's success and the company's market position.
