Job Summary

As a Systems Engineer for Sovereign Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in developing and operating robust, scalable, and highly secure infrastructure solutions. Your daily responsibilities include designing system architectures, automating operational workflows using Python, Go, or Ansible, and ensuring that security and compliance are integrated into every customer setup. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of systems, from initial planning and integration of hardware/software components to monitoring performance via Prometheus and Grafana stacks. This role is unique as it contributes directly to the digital sovereignty and security of Germany and Europe by building 'bleeding edge' security solutions for critical infrastructures, including government organizations. You will work within a cross-functional, collaborative team in Berlin that prioritizes open communication, technical depth, and professional growth within a cloud-native environment.
