Job Summary

This role seeks an AI & Automation Solutions Specialist to drive digital transformation within the HÜBNER Group, a global systems provider. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI and automation use cases, from initial analysis and evaluation through to implementation across various business units. A core part of the role involves developing and integrating AI applications using ecosystems like Microsoft, OpenAI, and industry-specific platforms, alongside conceptualizing workflows using Low-Code/No-Code platforms such as Power Automate and Simplifier. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mathematics, Physics, or Informatics and possesses a foundational understanding of AI, LLMs, and Machine Learning. Success hinges on strong communication skills to bridge the gap between IT and specialist departments, ensuring requirements are met and solutions are clearly communicated.
