Job Summary
The AI & Automation Solutions Specialist will be instrumental in driving digital transformation by analyzing, evaluating, and implementing AI and automation use cases in close collaboration with various departments. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and integrating AI applications using ecosystems like Microsoft, OpenAI, and industry-specific platforms, as well as conceptualizing and implementing automation workflows using Low-Code/No-Code platforms such as Power Automate and Simplifier. A key aspect of the role is acting as the interface between IT and business units, gathering requirements, developing suitable solutions, and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders, including external service providers. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Physics, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Practical experience using Low-Code/No-Code platforms
- Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry-Services, or comparable platforms
- Ideally, experience in Python
