The position involves administering customer systems and networks, providing crucial 1st and 2nd level support for both hardware and software, and managing user accounts and access permissions. Day-to-day tasks include supporting Windows, Citrix, and Terminal Servers, alongside implementing new IT software solutions within client organizations. Candidates should possess a completed IT education or equivalent qualifications, coupled with professional experience in IT administration and infrastructure. Essential technical knowledge includes Windows, Linux, and Apple server systems, as well as MS-Exchange and Cloud solutions.
