Technician for Energy and Building Technology | Techniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the continuous, optimal performance of complex building technology systems. The Technician will be responsible for the expert supervision and regular maintenance of these systems, including carrying out scheduled servicing to guarantee peak efficiency. Key duties also include the commissioning of new technical installations, machinery, and equipment, as well as actively controlling and monitoring the overall building infrastructure and its associated technical systems to uphold the highest standards. Furthermore, the role requires effective coordination of external service providers for maintenance and repair work, and supporting the team in procurement processes and drafting tender documents. Candidates must have a completed technical education in building or energy technology, or in HVAC/Plumbing or Electrical Engineering, coupled with relevant professional experience and a strong sense of responsibility and quality.
