Job Summary
This role is for an IT Consultant specializing in driving digital transformation using modern low-code automation platforms like Nintex K2, Nintex Workflow, and potentially Microsoft Power Automate. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing complex business processes, identifying optimization potential, and designing intelligent, scalable automation solutions. Day-to-day tasks include deep-dive solution design, implementing workflows and forms, integrating solutions into systems like SharePoint, and providing expert technology consulting to clients on platform selection and adoption. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in IT or equivalent professional experience, practical knowledge of Nintex K2 (On-Premises), and strong skills in process optimization and business analysis. This position offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art automation, AI, and collaboration solutions, with a focus on continuous certification and training as a Microsoft Solutions and Nintex Premier Partner, all within a flexible, hybrid work environment.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in IT, Business Informatics, or comparable professional qualification; ITIL knowledge is advantageous
Experience
- Practical experience with Nintex K2 (On-Premises)
- Professional experience in IT, Business Informatics, or comparable field
- Fundamental knowledge in process optimization and business analysis
- Experience with modeling methods (BPMN, ARIS, or UML) (Ideally)
- Experience with Nintex Workflow (A plus)

- Knowledge of SQL Server is advantageous; Experience with Appian, UIPath, and/or Microsoft Power Automate is desirable; Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office presence required on Tuesdays and Thursdays).
