Job Summary

This role is for an IT Consultant specializing in planning, conceptualizing, and executing complex SharePoint solutions and migrations, focusing heavily on Tenant-to-Tenant (T2T) and content migrations (e.g., SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online or between Microsoft 365 Tenants). The consultant will analyze source environments, develop detailed migration strategies, and utilize modern tools like AvePoint, ShareGate, Quest, and PowerShell to ensure complete and secure data transfer, including metadata, permissions, and workflows. Key responsibilities also include quality assurance, testing, validation, and comprehensive documentation of migration results. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in IT or equivalent professional experience, multi-year practical experience in SharePoint administration and migration, and strong proficiency with migration tools. The position involves leading workshops, knowledge transfer, troubleshooting, and supporting the integration of SharePoint in hybrid or multi-cloud scenarios, actively shaping the digital transformation for clients.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in IT or comparable qualification through professional experience. Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-102, MS-900, SC-400) are advantageous or willingness to acquire them.

Experience

  • Multi-year practical experience in the implementation, administration, and migration of SharePoint environments (On-Premises, Cloud, Hybrid)
  • Foundational experience with content migrations
  • Experience with Tenant-to-Tenant (T2T) migrations (ideally)
  • Professional experience in the application of migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, AvePoint, Quest, PowerShell)
